Visiting the Museum

Thank you for your interest in the Ateneo Art Gallery. Here’s a quick guide on how to book a visit with us.

Visiting Guidelines

  1. The Ateneo Art Gallery is open Mondays to Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. Any changes to the schedule are subject to IATF regulations.
  2. All non-Ateneo guests visiting the Ateneo Art Gallery are required to register through go.ateneo.edu/MyVisitAAG to enter the ADMU campus at least one (1) hour before their visit.
  3. Ateneo employees and students already on campus for official business (e.g. F2F classes, onsite meetings, etc.) may simply present their ID at the lobby and do not need to fill up a Campus Access Request form.
  4. Upon entry at the Soledad V Pangilinan Arts Wing, guests must present a copy of their vaccination card (hard copy or digital). Unvaccinated individuals may present a negative RT-PCR test result taken no more than 72 hours prior to their visit and administered by a DOH-accredited testing laboratory.
  5. Health survey form is optional, and can be completed digitally through the Visit Access Request form or at the lobby.
  6. Children below 5 years old (vaccinated or unvaccinated) may visit the museum. Unvaccinated children above 5 years old must be fully vaccinated or must submit a negative RT-PCR test taken not more than 72 hours before the visit. The Ateneo Art Gallery and the Ateneo de Manila University will not be held responsible for exposure to health risks while visiting museum premises.
  7. Visitors are encouraged to monitor their health prior to their visit. Guests that have symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 are encouraged to reschedule their visit to a different date.
  8. Large bags are not allowed inside the museum galleries. In the interest of time, guests are encouraged to leave large items in their respective vehicles. Otherwise, bags may be deposited at the baggage counter located at the ground floor.
