Brenda Fajardo (b. 1940, Manila) is a visual artist, art educator, and community organizer. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños in 1959 then pursued her masters in art education from the University of Wisconsin in Madison in 1967. She received her PhD in Philippine Studies from the University of the Philippines in 1997. She is Professor Emerita at the Department of Art Studies (formerly Department of Humanities), where she has been teaching since 1976.

Throughout her career, she founded different arts and cultural organizations. Together with Araceli Dans, she co-founded the Philippine Art Educators Association (PAEA), an organization that leads training programs and resource developments for art educators. In 1987, she became one of the founding members of Kasibulan (Kababaihan sa Sining at Bagong Sibol na Kamalayan).
