Julio Antonio Rodriguez Hernandez, or Julio Antonio was born in 1889 in Móra d’Ebre, Spain, known for his dedication to his craft from an early age. His artistic awakening came at the Workshop of Olot sculptor Miquel Blay, where he immersed himself in drawing the human figure, his primary subject matter. Influenced by modernism, Antonio’s work showcased a blend of traditional techniques with contemporary flair.
